Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

Proven operations leadership experience in fast-paced process driven manufacturing, production or distribution/logistics environment

Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong data analysis skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Lean techniques Solution-driven approach to systems & processes SQL / Visual Basic / Power BI Project management capabilities

Certifications

Six Sigma or Kaizen certification preferred
