Key Responsibilities

Manage safe operation of Rail-Loading area including equipment, pumps, valves and control panels
Conduct railcar inspections and loading operations for molten asphalt and other commodities
Coordinate with CN and CP Train Masters for efficient rail operations
Execute emergency response protocols when required
Maintain compliance with HS&E and ISO 9001 requirements
Support maintenance operations through work permit issuance and safety oversight

Requirements

Education

Minimum Grade 12 education or GED equivalent

Experience

3-5 years working in an industrial setting

Required Skills

Industrial Railway Locomotive/railcar mover operations Rail-Loading equipment operation Refinery or related field experience Experience with Railcars, Tracks and Switches Independent work capability High attention to detail Emergency response capabilities

Certifications

Class 5 driver's license 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (asset)
