Key Responsibilities

Lead academic guidance and program planning for 200+ graduate students in Social Work programs
Develop and execute strategic student success initiatives including orientation programs and information sessions
Provide comprehensive academic counseling aligned with departmental requirements and career objectives
Manage student progression tracking and compliance with academic standards
Facilitate student engagement through honor society coordination and academic events
Contribute to admissions processes and program development

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in related field (preferably in social work)

Experience

2 years in student affairs, teaching, academic advising, or related field
