Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic financial closing processes and reporting for business decision support
Drive operational excellence through KPI analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage treasury operations and vendor relationships to optimize working capital
Spearhead internal control enhancement and compliance initiatives
Direct preparation of Annual Financial Statements ensuring regulatory compliance
Lead omnichannel finance transformation projects including system implementation and process automation
Provide strategic business partnership and financial advisory to stakeholders
Oversee departmental operations ensuring alignment with group policies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

Experience

At least 5 years relevant experience in the field of Accounting. Experience in retail industry is a MUST

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office application (Strong in Excel, PowerPoint) SAP experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Multi-language proficiency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) Leadership and team management abilities Problem-solving capabilities Project management expertise Process improvement and automation skills

Certifications

ACCA or HKICPA qualification required
