Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis of real estate acquisition opportunities across multiple asset classes
Execute portfolio asset management activities for France & Southern Europe
Develop financial models and investment committee materials
Conduct market research and maintain internal databases
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Drive leasing campaigns including tenant negotiations

Requirements

Education

Master degree required from leading Engineering School, Business School or University

Experience

12 months minimum relevant work experience (internship)
