Key Responsibilities

Guide and coach AI development squads to deliver high-value solutions in Energy, Sustainability and Industrial Automation domains
Partner with Product Owners on strategy alignment and execution
Facilitate squad rituals and key events to ensure Agile framework effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement through Agile coaching and change management
Manage obstacle resolution and squad efficiency optimization
Implement and customize Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science

Experience

2 years of Scrum Master experience
