Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and interns
Design and implement AI/ML solutions for aftermarket optimization
Drive automation initiatives for workflow efficiency improvement
Develop and integrate machine learning models into SAP4Hana platform
Establish best practices and documentation for ML implementation
Evaluate and optimize model performance through systematic testing
Stay current with ML research and SAP4Hana developments

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in data science & business analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

Experience

5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models

Required Skills

Python (Pandas, Kedro, Scikit-learn, lgbm) R (dplyr, time series forecasting) SQL complex queries Reinforcement Learning Mathematical Optimization Cloud platforms (Azure Databricks, Synapse, AWS Codebuild, Elastic Container Service) Bilingual French and English Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
