Key Responsibilities

Lead technical solution development for Hollow Fiber NanoFiltration (HFNF) membrane systems
Manage and analyze pilot projects including data monitoring and performance optimization
Collaborate with global ASE team on technical strategy and challenge resolution
Interface between customers, R&D, sales engineering, and sales managers to ensure project success
Conduct on-site commissioning and provide technical support for international installations
Develop and maintain technical documentation including project reports and performance databases

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in technical field

Experience

2-3 years hands-on experience in pilots and experimental concept validation

Required Skills

Client focused mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with OEMs, EPCs and end-users Understanding of water treatment and membrane filtration Excellent verbal/written English skills Additional language proficiency preferred Self-starting and results-driven attitude Team collaboration capabilities
