Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and implementation of global authentication and identification systems
Drive strategic vision for OneGate architecture across Retail & Banking Technology
Define and implement future state architecture for bank-wide authentication services
Oversee integration of IAM, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols across global platforms
Ensure compliance with EU regulatory standards while maintaining security and scalability
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Provide expert consultation to C-level stakeholders on security and architecture
Guide implementation teams on technical decisions and architectural principles

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Experience

5+ years experience with platform architectures
