Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for German hotel portfolio
Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting for multiple properties
Manage balance sheet reconciliation and P&L reporting
Oversee CapEx tracking and cash flow management
Collaborate with Financial Controller on strategic financial planning
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience

2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English & German
