Key Responsibilities

Lead construction supervision of civil and water infrastructure projects in absence of Resident Engineer
Manage stakeholder relationships with utility agencies and contractors
Direct quality control and safety implementation for major infrastructure projects
Oversee technical documentation and project progress reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams including inspectors, surveyors, and contractors
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
Validate and approve engineering submissions and design modifications

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering

Experience

10+ years experience in site supervision and construction management

Required Skills

Roads and infrastructure works supervision Wet Utilities (sewer, storm, potable water) management Dry Utilities (MCC, streetlight, Telecom) oversight Communication and stakeholder coordination Engineering submissions review Project documentation management Safety procedures implementation Arabic language (advantage)
