Key Responsibilities

Lead station operational safety and passenger service delivery
Manage emergency and degraded mode operations including train driving
Oversee station security and fare management systems
Coordinate maintenance work permits and safety protocols
Direct passenger evacuation and emergency response procedures
Manage station access control and key security systems

Requirements

Education

Ideally a degree holder or higher diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline

Experience

Preferably minimum of 1 year experience of driving passengers in a safe manner according to prescribed routes

Required Skills

Holder of a valid UAE driving license with good driving skills and experience Must have good eyesight and normal colour vision A mature, proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organisation Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
