Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Advancement Business Intelligence team of 4 members (2 senior managers, 1 manager, 1 coordinator)
Drive strategic data management and analytics initiatives for fundraising optimization
Oversee prospect development and portfolio management to build donor pipelines
Implement and maintain data strategy including AI integration
Manage due diligence processes in collaboration with Legal Department
Develop business intelligence literacy across the organization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree preferably in business or related field; Master's preferred

Experience

Minimum of 10 years work experience, preferably in prospect development or business development
