Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic logistics innovation initiatives focusing on automation, digitalization, and robotics implementation
Drive cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams for project execution
Manage and develop innovation team members through coaching and performance management
Oversee project budgets and timelines with direct reporting to senior management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information management, supply chain management, or related field. Master's degree preferred

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, logistics, or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership role
