Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide employee listening programs including survey design, implementation and analysis with direct impact on organizational strategy
Manage and configure enterprise listening platform including data governance and automation workflows
Conduct advanced statistical analysis using multiple programming languages to derive actionable workforce insights
Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations based on employee feedback data
Partner with HR and Talent Management teams to integrate insights into strategic initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Business, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math, Econometrics, Behavioral Science or other quantitative field. Masters or PhD preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in employee listening, data analytics, consulting, or business analyst required
