Key Responsibilities

Lead DOA audit processes including preparation, execution, and closure to ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor and analyze European aviation regulations to maintain organizational compliance
Serve as key liaison between ATR Engineering and EASA for DOA surveillance
Deliver technical training on Part 21 and DOA requirements to engineering teams
Contribute to Design Management System optimization and effectiveness
Manage stakeholder relationships with EASA DOA Team Leader

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Quality, Continuous improvement or technical discipline

Experience

3-5 years in Aerospace industry

Required Skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus) Team spirit and engagement
