Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based early intervention therapy for children with autism (18 months to 8 years)
Design and implement individualized treatment plans with data-driven methodologies
Collaborate with BCBAs on treatment strategies and progress monitoring
Complete BDS modules (8 hours weekly dedicated time)
Maintain clinical documentation and progress tracking
Participate in supervision hours towards BCBA certification
Engage in cross-functional team collaboration for patient care

Requirements

Education

Enrolled in accredited Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience

Must have completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
