Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance: Direct ABA therapy programs and ensure adherence to clinical standards
Team Development: Train, mentor and manage Behavior Technicians to deliver optimal client outcomes
Treatment Planning: Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans
Parent Engagement: Facilitate monthly parent training sessions to improve treatment effectiveness
Clinical Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with BACB standards
Quality Metrics Management: Monitor and optimize clinical outcomes through data-driven decision making
Staff Development: Lead orientation, training, and ongoing professional development initiatives
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
