Key Responsibilities

Lead frontline customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences and maximize service quality metrics
Develop and execute fleet optimization strategies to maximize yield and resource utilization
Drive financial performance through revenue growth initiatives and cost management
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GDPR, and health & safety regulations
Manage daily team operations including performance reviews and development
Analyze and optimize location P&L performance
Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue targets
Coordinate cross-departmental operations for location development
