Key Responsibilities

Drive client retention and revenue renewal targets through strategic relationship management
Lead post-sales onboarding and training for Rainmaker/ISS MI products
Develop and maintain strategic client partnerships across the financial services sector
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with development, data operations, and research teams
Manage client renewal pipeline and identify upsell opportunities
Provide expert product training and support while gathering valuable client feedback

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, marketing, communications or related field preferred but not essential

Experience

2-5 years of industry experience
