Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design for combustion components from concept to execution with focus on hydrogen and special fuels innovation
Drive technical documentation and engineering specifications while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Utilize advanced CAD systems for prototype and production design optimization
Manage cross-functional relationships with manufacturing, procurement, and external partners
Participate in design reviews and coordinate interdisciplinary teams for system optimization
Contribute to strategic prototype and production projects with focus on quality and cost efficiency

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field

Experience

Long term experience preferred in gas turbine combustion design

Required Skills

Gas turbine combustion mechanical design expertise Stack up analysis proficiency Strong knowledge of GD&T Full professional proficiency in German and English Product definition and PMI drawings in NX Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CAD (NX), FEM (ANSYS) Intercultural experience (US, India)
