Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial structuring and negotiations for complex multinational deals
Serve as senior commercial representative in internal and external executive discussions
Develop and implement risk management strategies for large-scale contracts
Create and negotiate commercial, financial and risk structures for major bids
Manage financial modeling and business case development
Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and alignment

Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in relevant area. Prefer technical degree coupled with secondary business or finance degree or MBA

Experience

10+ years of business experience with at least 5 years of commercial management bid experience
