Key Responsibilities

Lead regulatory compliance oversight ensuring organizational alignment with UAE financial and AML regulations
Serve as primary liaison with UAE authorities and SCA for compliance matters
Develop and implement comprehensive AML/CTF frameworks and monitoring programs
Manage suspicious activity reporting and financial intelligence processes
Create and deliver compliance training programs
Draft strategic compliance plans and board-level reporting

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred

Experience

5+ years in capital markets with licensed entities OR Diploma Certificate with 10+ years experience
