Key Responsibilities

Provide conflict management services to UN funds and programmes personnel
Facilitate informal resolution of workplace conflicts as neutral third-party
Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in dispute resolution

Requirements

Education

Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in alternative dispute resolution, human resources management, law, humanities, social sciences or related area

Experience

10 years of progressively responsible experience in conflict prevention and management
