Key Responsibilities

Lead research and analysis on digital regulation during crisis situations
Conduct qualitative interviews with regulatory authorities
Design and execute quantitative surveys
Develop comprehensive project study (50-60 pages)
Present findings at International Conference
Coordinate with UNESCO stakeholders and I4T Knowledge Network
Manage multi-phase research project including interviews and workshop organization

Requirements

Education

Advanced university degree (Master's or above) in law, public policy, political science, social sciences, communications, media studies, or internet studies

Experience

At least ten years of relevant professional experience in policy analysis, research, editing and/or project management with at least 2 years of experience related to freedom of expression and to the study of laws related to content regulation
