Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage CONUS/OCONUS operations for RQ-4B Global Hawk and RQ-4C Triton maintenance teams
Direct complex aircraft repairs, modifications, and TCTO implementations
Oversee quality control and compliance with company procedures
Establish and maintain customer relationships through daily progress reporting
Develop and execute field team training programs
Drive operational excellence and team performance metrics

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or Master's Degree

Experience
