Key Responsibilities

Lead financial operations including accounting, cash management, accounts receivable, and payable with direct oversight of cross-functional teams
Drive strategic financial planning with 3-day month-end close targets and revenue growth projections targeting 50% YoY increase
Manage compliance and audit processes while partnering with global offices in Tulsa, OK and Schaan, Liechtenstein
Develop and implement KPIs and internal controls to support rapid scaling in a SaaS environment
Direct consolidation of financial statements and execute comprehensive financial analysis across multiple entities

Requirements

Education

Masters degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business Administration/International Management (CPA or CA preferred)

Experience

3-5 years in multinational company

Required Skills

Strong communication skills Analytic mindset Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel) Knowledge of Xero, SAP, Stripe, and Ramp is a plus Passion to learn and drive to succeed A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
