Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership of library branch operations with focus on community engagement and service excellence
Development and implementation of library policies and procedures aligned with organizational mission
Management of human resources including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development
Collection development and maintenance to ensure relevant, diverse, and accessible resources
Delivery of comprehensive library services including reference, programming, and community outreach
Budget management and resource allocation for branch operations
Stakeholder relationship management with internal and external partners
Requirements
Education
4-year university degree in a related field. Master's degree in Library and/or Information Science from an accredited school is desirable
Experience
Minimum of four (4) years of progressively increased responsibilities in public service and staff supervision
