Key Responsibilities

Lead completions certification and system turnover for major LNG infrastructure projects
Develop and manage turnover/handover processes between construction and commissioning phases
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely system completion and documentation
Oversee contractor certification deliverables and quality assurance
Manage commissioning databases and develop training programs
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Construction, Pre-commissioning, and CSU teams

Requirements

Education

A recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license in an engineering discipline

Experience

7-10 years practical experience in Electrical systems Testing & Commissioning

Required Skills

Knowledge of industry standards (AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 61439, AS 62271, AS 2067, AS 60076) Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to read electrical schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams Technical knowledge of startup and operations Engineering systems and calculations expertise Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with Bechtel systems (Setroute, Teamworks) preferred LNG Trains project experience preferred Substation testing & commissioning experience preferred
