Key Responsibilities

Lead group-wide data governance framework development and implementation
Define and enforce data policies, guidelines and standards across international business units
Establish metadata and data quality standards at enterprise level
Coordinate cross-functional data governance meetings and workshops
Oversee standardization of reference and master data
Monitor Local Data Offices' compliance with standards
Define requirements for data governance platform
Drive data democratization initiatives

Requirements

Education

Academic degree in Data Science, Data Management, Business Analytics or related field

Experience

5+ years in data governance/management
