Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation initiatives for Singapore's Smart Nation vision
Develop and execute strategic ICT plans and blueprints
Manage cross-functional teams of business analysts and project managers
Oversee procurement and vendor management for ICT services
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment of strategic initiatives
Establish and enforce ICT governance and compliance frameworks
Mentor and develop high-performance teams

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant ICT experience, including minimum 4 years' experience in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams
