Key Responsibilities

Lead PMO development and strategic implementation of enterprise-wide programs
Direct cross-functional business implementation teams for new market expansion
Manage transitions from proposal through contracting with P&L responsibility
Serve as key stakeholder liaison for new market entries and business expansions
Oversee operational implementation across all contributing departments
Develop and maintain organizational structures and project management frameworks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred

Experience

6+ years combined business implementation and operations experience, 4+ years People Management experience
