Key Responsibilities

Lead curriculum delivery and student development in Early Learning Childcare program with direct impact on future childcare professionals
Design and implement engaging learning experiences using both traditional and digital platforms through Brightspace/D2L
Evaluate and guide student progress while maintaining high academic standards and industry relevance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Student Services, Practicum and Career Services teams to ensure comprehensive student support
Drive program excellence through continuous assessment and feedback mechanisms

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Child Studies, Human Development, or Early Education discipline (Masters preferred)

Experience

5+ years of experience working in field other than teaching
