Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and execution of overseas bond issuance projects with direct P&L responsibility
Direct overseas debt financing schemes including structuring, pricing, and risk assessment
Conduct comprehensive market analysis and develop investment strategies
Manage and coordinate underwriting syndicates for large-scale debt offerings
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in PRC financial markets

Requirements

Education

Master Degree in Business Management, Corporate Management, or related disciplines

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in bond issuance projects

Well familiar with domestic and foreign macroeconomic changes Monetary policy expertise Bond market analysis Exchange rate and derivatives market knowledge Native Mandarin proficiency Strong written and spoken Chinese and English Project leadership experience Relationship management expertise
