Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and operations of Central & Western District Health Centre with full P&L responsibility
Direct multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in implementing Primary Healthcare Services
Ensure regulatory compliance and service contract adherence across all operations
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Health Bureau and community stakeholders
Drive center-wide operational excellence and service quality standards

Requirements

Education

Recognized degree required, Master's Degree in healthcare/management preferred

Experience

15 years post-qualification experience with 10 years in supervisory roles
