Key Responsibilities

Strategic Team Leadership - Guide and develop field service engineers across NSW/QLD territories
Customer Success Management - Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Performance Optimization - Monitor and improve team effectiveness through regular reviews and KPIs
Technical Excellence - Maintain expertise in Waters product suite while managing installations and repairs
Process Development - Create and implement service policies aligned with global objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Chemistry or Biology, engineering or other science related field is desired, will also consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education

Experience

3-5 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation, preference for previous Waters product suite (HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, HRMS, SFC, Informatics)
