Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and reporting for operational decision support
Partner with leadership to manage capital and operating budgets
Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue enhancement opportunities
Develop and maintain tracking/trending reports for management
Support strategic planning and execution through financial insights
Conduct ad hoc analysis and pro forma development
Assist with annual benchmarking and reimbursement analysis
Manage confidential financial information and provide educational support to leaders

Requirements

Education

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting.

Experience

Requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in financial analysis and/or accounting (master's degree in a related field can be substituted in lieu of years of experience). Applicants with health care experience will be given preference.
