Key Responsibilities

Lead credit portfolio management for EMEIA region with direct impact on business growth and risk mitigation
Drive global process alignment and efficiency improvements across Order-to-Cash operations
Partner with Worldwide Credit, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams on strategic credit decisions
Implement and oversee credit risk mitigation structures including collateral and insurance
Develop and enhance reporting systems for improved team productivity
Manage complex credit escalations with global impact

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; master's preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in credit analysis
