Key Responsibilities

Lead structuring and execution of complex financial solutions including Repo/TRS, Fund Financing, and Equity Margin Loans
Develop and expand structured solutions product offerings across multiple asset classes
Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including documentation and risk management
Collaborate with international teams to build sustainable client relationships

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent with major in Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering or Law

Experience

2 to 4 years' experience in Commercial or Investment Banking (Analyst/Associate)

Required Skills

Familiarity with Prudential Regulation/Regulatory Capital rules (Basel/CRR) Familiarity with Legal Documentation in relation to Loan transactions (LMA) General knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting (IFRS) Excellent Professional English language proficiency Quantitative background and financial modeling abilities French language skills (preferred)
