Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of cold rolling mill operations with P&L responsibility for multiple production lines
Management of 90-person team across technical and operational functions
Budget development and KPI tracking including production costs, maintenance, and delivery metrics
Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs
Cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, R&D, and downstream operations
Quality control and production optimization to meet customer specifications

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience and 2 years team leadership experience
