Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of Markets & Securities Services operations across Continental Europe
Leadership of multi-site operations teams across Paris, Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland and Poland
Implementation of regional and Group strategy while ensuring local regulatory compliance
Stakeholder management across business units, Risk, Finance and regional leadership
Cost base management and resource optimization for growth enablement
Development and execution of transformation initiatives
Risk and control framework governance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree within Finance, Business, Financial Engineering, Banking, or equivalent
