Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of MSS Operations across Continental Europe
Leadership of multi-site operations teams across Paris, Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland and Poland
Transformation and optimization of operational processes
Stakeholder management across business units and regulatory bodies
Cost base management and financial performance oversight
Risk and control framework implementation
Change management and organizational development
Client experience enhancement and service delivery optimization

Requirements

Education

Master's degree within Finance, Business, Financial Engineering, Banking, or equivalent
