Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of production and repair operations with dual reporting to local GM and VP MRO Operations
P&L ownership for repair unit including quality metrics, delivery performance, and cost management
Development and execution of industrial strategy aligned with Customer Support and Services Division
Management of production supervisors and engineering teams focused on operational excellence
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Regulatory compliance oversight including Part 145 and HSE requirements
Change management and digital transformation leadership
Cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Methods, and Industrial Maintenance teams

Requirements

Education

Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering – General or Mechanical

Experience

8 to 10 years in production management/industrial logistics

Required Skills
