Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic quality management initiatives across organization with focus on R&D excellence
Drive organizational transformation through implementation of best-practice methodologies
Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks
Manage high-level stakeholder relationships including C-suite interactions
Direct PMO operations and quality assurance processes
Develop and mentor project management teams
Oversee complex project lifecycles from inception to delivery
Implement performance monitoring and improvement systems

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline

Experience

Extensive experience in quality management and PMO leadership

Required Skills

Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities Excellent communication and analytical skills Problem-solving and escalation management expertise Proficiency in advanced project and quality management tools Written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
