Key Responsibilities

Lead data science and analytics initiatives to optimize clinical trial processes and patient outcomes
Develop and communicate strategic insights from healthcare data sources including EMR/EHR and TriNetX
Drive protocol design optimization and patient matching improvements
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics solutions
Monitor and integrate emerging trends in data science and machine learning
Support strategic planning and operational success of clinical programs

Requirements

Education

Bachelors, Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, or Computer Science, Operations Research, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, Data Science PG courses from ISB, IIM's, ISI, Great Lakes or any other relevant courses

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology industry
