Key Responsibilities

Lead knowledge transfer initiatives for end-to-end HR processes and tools across EMEA
Manage HR administrative and payroll operations as primary liaison between HR and employees
Oversee employee lifecycle program administration with market-specific focus
Conduct quality auditing and compliance reviews of HR transactions
Drive continuous improvement through quality framework development and implementation
Deliver training and development programs for team performance enhancement
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain process documentation
Manage service delivery against established SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's / Master's degree

Experience

Previous experience in HR/Administration Team preferred
