Key Responsibilities

Lead development of multi-year PD, LGD and EAD models under IFRS9/CECL standards
Implement Meron/Vasicek framework and structural LGD models
Drive model validation and external audit processes
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for model implementation
Analyze and refine loss predictions across global portfolios
Develop models using Python/PySpark in Databricks environment
Ensure alignment between IFRS9 and IRB methodologies
Document and communicate model methodologies to stakeholders

Requirements

Education

PHD/Master degree in quantitative field (econometrics, mathematics, physics, AI or similar)

Experience

5 years minimum in Credit Risk Models
