Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-level IBM ISAM/WebSEAL authentication solutions with focus on security architecture alignment
Lead technical consultations with business stakeholders to develop IAM strategies
Architect and execute Federation SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC protocols
Manage ISAM LDAP directory configurations and migrations
Develop monitoring frameworks for web security tools
Drive solution optimization and automation initiatives
Provide technical leadership in IAM implementation projects

Requirements

Education

Master's/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-experience with IBM Security Access Manager and WebSEAL products

Required Skills

IBM Security Access Manager expertise WebSEAL administrative configuration SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC standards SSL/TLS, PKI, certificates knowledge Python, PowerShell and bash scripting LDAP directory management Authentication and Authorization patterns Migration experience between access management systems
