Key Responsibilities

Lead hospital-wide accreditation compliance and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and implement quality management frameworks and evaluation processes
Coordinate with leadership teams on accreditation preparedness and assessment
Manage relationships with Accreditation Canada and internal stakeholders
Create strategic reports and presentations for leadership on quality metrics
Design and deliver educational programs for quality improvement

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in health administration (MHSc), business administration (MBA), nursing (MN) or quality improvement science (MSc or equivalent)

Experience

Minimum three (3) years clinical experience in healthcare
