Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic conflict resolution guidance to organizational leadership
Conduct complex workplace assessments and group interventions
Design and deliver specialized conflict management training programs
Lead mediation and facilitated discussions between parties
Develop organizational conflict competency frameworks
Provide expert consultation on systemic conflict prevention
Manage sensitive stakeholder relationships across organizational levels

Requirements

Education

A university degree (post-graduate training in field(s) relevant to the position may be considered an asset), which may include science, engineering, social sciences (business, psychology, law, economics, ethics), human resources management, labour relations or organizational development

Experience

Significant experience in providing informal conflict management services in a workplace setting, including all of the following: conflict coaching, mediation/facilitated discussions, and group interventions

Required Skills

Knowledge of conflict management and interest-based dispute resolution Communication and facilitation expertise Adult learning principles application Crisis management and de-escalation Strategic consulting and advisory capabilities Training development and delivery Workplace assessment methodology Bilingual (CBC/CBC) French and English
